Spraymart does not accept returns for change of mind
Products ordered incorrectly by customers can be returned upon approval by Spraymart at the buyers cost plus a 15% restocking fee.
Return approval from Spraymart must be given prior to the return of any products for any reason.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
All products must be returned within 14 days of date of invoice.

HOW do customers return items?
Items must be returned undamaged in original packaging with copy of purchase invoice.
SHIPPING for returns?
Original shipping cost is not refundable and return freight costs are payable by purchaser.
CREDIT for returns?
Approved returns will be credited to the buyers Spraymart account and used for future purchases.
In Limited circumstances a credit may be applied to customers nominated bank account.
Instore return option?
All approved returns must be posted to 8 Belinda Court Fulham Gardens S.A 5024.
Original invoices and return approval number must accompany goods in all circumstances or return will be rejected.
Packing materials?
All returns must be unused in original packaging and condition and have pre approval for return to be accepted.
